Week One - Connection & Calm: 7 Days of Breath:
For the first week, we will focus on breathing practices. I will guide you through various techniques, helping you control your breath and use it as a tool for relaxation and mindfulness. Yoga is about acknowledging the subtleties within us while deepening the connection to the self and the universe. Our breath is the most powerful tool to guide our yoga practice on a deeper, more intimate level. Where the breath goes, the mind follows. When we can harness the breath, we gain power and control over the mind and body. This week of practice will prepare you to sit and settle into meditations with greater ease in the week ahead.
Week One: May 7th-14th Daily @ 12:30-1pm HST/ 3:30-4pm PST/ 6:30-7pm EST
Your participation includes access to daily practices and recorded sessions.
Reconnect with yourself, find your inner peace, and join a supportive community that helps you maintain a balanced state through daily practice. Once you are registered, you will receive a special link and passcode to enter the community space for the live practices.
