In the second week, we'll reinforce the breathwork from the first week and delve deeper into meditation. We'll use our learned breathing techniques to transition smoothly into meditation without resistance. This week focuses on maintaining our connection with ourselves and our community to support finding a balanced state through breathwork and guided meditations that we can carry into our lives beyond this container, helping to establish a daily practice that we can maintain. Please note: Attendance during the first week is not required to join.

Week Two: May 17th-23rd Daily @ 12:30-1pm HST/ 3:30-4pm PST/ 6:30-7pm EST

Your participation includes access to daily practices and recorded sessions.

Reconnect with yourself, find your inner peace, and join a supportive community that helps you maintain a balanced state through daily practice. Once you are registered, you will receive a special link and passcode to enter the community space for the live practices.
